Clients and investors are advised to seek independent guidance from licensed legal, tax, and accounting professionals before making any real estate or investment decisions.
Real estate brokerage services are offered only in accordance with applicable Tennessee law and only by properly licensed individuals when required. Any consulting, coaching, marketing, or operational services provided by Staycating that do not require licensure are offered separately and do not constitute real estate brokerage, legal, or financial advice.

All logos, trademarks, service marks, branding assets, systems, frameworks, methodologies, course materials, written content, video content, software concepts, community content, and proprietary processes—including but not limited to Staycating™, Staycating247™, Staycating360™, Guestologix™, STR R.E.S.C.U.E.™, 10M STR Growth Engine™, and related materials—are the exclusive property of Staycating, LLC.
These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property, trademark, and copyright laws and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, published, licensed, or used for commercial or public purposes without the express written permission of Staycating, LLC.
Participation in any Staycating service, course, community, subscription,development or consultation does not grant ownership rights, usage rights, or a license to use Staycating’s intellectual property beyond its intended purpose. This restriction applies to all participants, including but not limited to web developers, software partners, vendor partners, co-hosts, event organizers, conventions, and networking groups.
Unauthorized use of Staycating’s branding, content, systems, courses, frameworks, or materials—including use by competitors, vendors, clients, or third parties—may result in legal action.
